born on 27 October 1978 in Biskupiec, puppeteer. In 2001, he graduated from the Puppetry Art Department in Białystok, a branch faculty of the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw and joined the Warsaw Baj Theatre the same year, where he has been permanently employed ever since. Apart from appearing on stage, he also offers puppetry workshop programmes and creative/educational sessions for children and adults.
The Baj Theatre presented Andrzej’s two original puppet plays, directed by the author himself: Nie ma, nie ma, jest! (Pee ka boo, I see you!) and Nie wywołuj wilka (Let a Sleeping Wolf Lie). He co-operated with the Warsaw Chamber Opera, performing
as a puppet animator on the Marionette Scene. As a puppeteer, he appears also at such venues as the Royal Castle in Warsaw, where he acts in educational spectacles, or the Scena Lubelska 30/32 Theatre.
An enthusiast of the classical puppet theatre, he always tries to incorporate traditional references in his stage work and educational activities.
